Alexandre Coulondre
Postdoctoral Researcher
Alexandre Coulondre (Ph. D. Paris) is postdoctoral researcher in the WHIG project. His background is in Sociology and Economics. He has published on the topics of property development, local governance, and Big Data. He recently took part in the “Urban Production and Markets” research project (Labex “Urban Futures”-University Paris-Est). Recent works include: How Property Developers Turn a Profit. A Study of the Entrepreneurial Work of “Qualifying” Products (Revue Française de Sociologie, 2017); Les logements des promoteurs privés : quelle géographie ? (with Hugo Lefebvre, Population & Avenir, 2018) ; Ouvrir la boîte noire des marchés du logement (Métropolitiques, 2018). He lectures at Sciences Po Paris (Urban Sociology).
